This policy describes how Kicker Marketing LLC ("Kicker Marketing", "we") handles information collected through this website and through our business phone line. The short version: we collect what you give us in order to respond to you, we hand it to a small set of service providers to make that possible, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to administer the engagement.

When you call our business line, calls that go unanswered may be recorded as voicemail so we can return them. We keep basic call records (number, time, duration) as provided by our phone carrier.

Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) to serve and secure the site. We do not run session replay on this site.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to operate: Formspree (contact form delivery), Google Workspace (email), Twilio (phone and voicemail), and Cloudflare (hosting and DNS). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function, and none is permitted to use your information for its own marketing.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you ask us to text you — for example, to confirm a meeting time after a phone call — we will send one-to-one conversational messages from our business number. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us.

Advertising and analytics

Where advertising or analytics tags are used, they load only after you have made a consent choice. Declining does not limit your access to any part of this site.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email [email protected].

Retention

Inquiry records and voicemails are retained for the period necessary to respond and to maintain business records, then deleted.

Client data

Information we handle on behalf of clients is governed by the agreement with that client. This policy covers only this website and our own communications.
